REFUND POLICY
This Refund Policy applies to consulting and advisory services provided by:

1. General Policy
Due to the professional, analytical, and time-sensitive nature of consulting services provided by the Company, payments made for services are generally final and non-refundable once the service has commenced.
By purchasing a consultation or advisory service from BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o., the Client acknowledges and agrees that preparation, research, and analytical work related to the request may begin immediately after payment confirmation.
2. Consulting Services
Payments for the following services are non-refundable once the consultation has been delivered or analytical work has begun:
• logistics consulting and route planning
• supply chain optimization advisory
• import/export consulting (FEA / ВЭД)
• customs documentation guidance
• international trade advisory
• online consultation sessions
• emergency logistics advisory services
Once a consultation session has been completed, the service is considered fully rendered.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may request one rescheduling of a consultation provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
If the Client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), the consultation will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
4. Project-Based or Custom Services
For extended advisory services, logistics projects, or complex consulting engagements:
Payment terms and cancellation conditions are governed by individual service agreements or contracts.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
• the stage of project execution
• preparation and research already completed
• costs incurred by the Company for third-party services or data access.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in limited situations such as:
• duplicate payments
• technical payment errors during the transaction process
• inability of the Company to provide the service due to internal reasons.
If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers such as:
• Stripe
• PayPal
• other payment gateways
BALTIC HORIZON Sp. z o.o. does not store credit card details and is not responsible for delays or errors caused by payment processors.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)
By purchasing consulting services delivered digitally (such as online consultations or analytical reports), the Client acknowledges that the service may begin immediately after payment.
The Client therefore waives the right of withdrawal once the consultation or analytical work has started, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
